Setup $150
DJ Set $250 (up to one hour long)
10 Social Media Clips $100 (9:16 format)

How to book
To confirm your session, a deposit of $150 + GST is required to secure your booking.
A deposit of 50% of the total remaining amount is due prior to the filming date.
The remaining balance is payable once filming is complete, and must be settled before editing begins.
Final files will be delivered within 2 business days of receiving full payment.
Process
We’ll arrive 45 minutes before your set and coordinate with the promoter to ensure the best quality setup.
If you only book one set and for example it begins at 1am and the venue is packed, we may not be able to setup the cameras in the best possible locations so we encourage you to book for multiple djs to get teh mosst out of the camera setup and setup costs.
Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
Booking Deposit
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of $150 + GST is required.
Once received, we lock in your timeslot and do not accept any other bookings for that date.

What do you mean by “retains shared usage rights”?
This arrangement means you get full promotional use of the footage, while we also keep the right to showcase it on our own channels (YouTube, socials, website). That’s part of how we’re able to offer this at such a great rate — as a more cost-effective alternative to our usual half-day and full-day service packages.
With the MC being on the mic, do you know how to adjust their mic so it doesn’t interfere with the DJ mix?
Sometimes the MC can talk too much or their mic may distort due to volume or equipment quality — both of which are often beyond our control. That said, it's recommended to brief the performers beforehand to ensure mic levels are sensible and remind them the set is being recorded, so they’re mindful of their output.
Why is there an extra cost for raw footage?
Raw footage isn’t usually included by default because it requires additional time and resources to manage. These files are large, unedited, and often need sorting, formatting, and storage — plus they include elements of creative IP from the shoot.I’m always happy to provide raw files when needed — the added fee just covers the extra time and effort to prepare and deliver them properly.
Have you travelled to different states to record live sets?
Yes, We've travelled interstate to record live sets before. It’s totally possible — we just factor in additional costs like transport, luggage, accommodation, and gear logistics.

These terms exist to protect both you and us, ensuring we can deliver the best possible experience from start to finish. When you do well, so do we and we’re here to make it a success!
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Audio Quality Disclaimer
Please note that the MC’s voice may be captured in the final audio mix.
It is the client’s responsibility to communicate with the DJ or audio technician to ensure mixer settings are configured correctly—either to include or exclude the MC’s voice as required. If the MC’s voice is intended to be part of the final video, they must be informed in advance to ensure appropriate mic technique and tone. While we use professional audio equipment capable of handling a wide range of input levels, we are not responsible for distortion caused by third-party mixers or redlining outputs. We’ll always aim for clean audio, but cannot guarantee quality when relying on external audio feeds.
2. Pricing & Editing Policy
All prices listed exclude GST.
Standard delivery time is seven (7) business days from the event date.
Clients receive one (1) round of revisions included. Any extra edits or changes outside the initial brief will incur the following fees: Half-day edit: $400,Full-day edit: $600 as per our standard rates. Further customisation or re-edits may require a separate agreement and additional charges.
3. Usage & Copyright
TMC Media Pty Ltd retains the right to use recorded content across its YouTube channel and other promotional platforms, with branding applied at its discretion. The usage license is shared between the client and TMC Media Pty Ltd. We do not provide music copyright clearance for tracks recorded at the event. The client is solely responsible for handling any copyright-related issues arising from the use of event audio. If you prefer exclusive rights to all long-form content, this is available at double the standard rate.
Example: $250 per set becomes $500 per set.
4. Media Storage & Delivery
After final delivery, clients have 30 days to download and securely store their media.
After this period, footage may be permanently removed from our servers.
